Basil, mandarin orange, cedar and bergamot are combined at the top of this perfume. The middle notes include the Asian plant litsea cubeba along with patchouli, Virginia cedar and iris. To create his signature scents, he distills spices, flowers, fruits and other natural ingredients. At least 16 percent of each fragrance contains these rare essences. The perfumes are then macerated in dark, quiet environments before being placed into special bottles. The bottles, which are inspired by the phases of the moon, each feature a concave profile and a convex cap.
