I used after shower and my husband commented it smelled like window cleaner and alcohol. I could detect a smell that wasn't unpleasant, so decided to keep trying it. I will buy this product again

prior to 4711 marketing other scents, 4711 was and probably still is a very favourite of women in Germany where I hail from. You market it as a men's cologne and I disagree, it is for all genders.

My husband has been using 4711 for more that 30 years.

My husband uses 4711 every morning and it last the whole day, When we goto a party he takes a bath and 4711 again. Usually he put cologne in his handkerchief. Remenber he is a 83 years old man and he always takes a handkerchief in the back of his pants. We are a different generation. Mrs. Rosselli.

I have bought this product many times, always a good choice

We use it as a light hand and face splash at wakeup, dab around face, ears, neck, body after shower. Deodorizing hands after toitlet visit washes, before food handling or touching others. Finger sprinkle on pillows, sheets before bed time. Have known this fragrance since childhood in Europe, a classic favorite.

Lol! Just no!

I am so glad that I ordered the smallest bottle. This holds it's smell not even 5 whole minutes. Strange smell at first, the it's smells ok BUT AGAIN, after 5 minutes there's not even a trace of a smell. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT BUY THIS ONE

Has a slight scent of lemon that last about a minute. Very unhappy with this one!! Yes i know about 30 day return policy. Too much trouble boxing and sending it back out.

I love this!

I 1st heard about No. 4711 years ago on the British comedy series Are You Being Served?, and I've always been intrigued by it. And now that I've tried it for myself, I can gladly say that I'm not disappointed. It has a lemony smell that I love, and it's a great everyday cologne.
