Hey, let me tell you Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent is great. I recently purchased a giftset of it from perfume.com. I remember the magazine ads for it in GQ in the late 80's as a teenager. I must say I've received complements on the . I felt confident wearing it. It has a crisp long lasting scent. It's nice to have memories of a bygone era in a bottle. I always wanted to try this fragrance (21 years later I have). thanks to Perfume.com you're awesome.I received not only prompt service,But also courteous, friendly customer service.Thanks. Let me put Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent as delicately as I can "This cologne ROCKS". When women randomly approach me whether in a line or in passing and take the time to comment on the way I smell, then they look at me with a sence of satisfaction as if I'd already began foreplay. Then kind Sir's all I have to add is that someone in your country has a fine sense of women want. Sincerly a satisfied Alaskan.

Oh My!!!! Does this aroma turn me on!!! I can tell you that it is a very smooth smell with no muskiness (I am not too keen on musky smells). Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent has a very slight aroma of soap that adds a fresh clean essence. There is also a certain male strength to it! It is just that it gets you in the stomach. When I smell this on my boyfriend, it just smells really sexy and arousing really. It just has strength to it that says strong and masculine! I also like the name. It sounds so, Greek. To me a Greek man is symbolic with sexiness and charm. The best part of this is, that it is not at all overwhelming. It has a nice strong smell that stays with you, and yet it doesn’t overpower you. It tends to blend with my boyfriend’s natural body aromas and give them a fresh scent. So, basically, it has a fresh, smooth (like leather has a smooth smell if you can connect with that), sexy smell. He likes it, and I LOVE IT! The best part is, it doesn’t give either of us a headache. There is no flowery, fruity, leathery smell that seems to be the only association with most colognes. It is just plain nice!

I share an office with my boss who wears Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent and it is so amazing that I have decided to start wearing perfume myself! That's what brought me to this website! So I would say to any guy that wants to smell goooood... GO FOR THIS ONE!!! Shower daily, wear the Kouros deodorant and one of the other Kouros products like aftershave or spray. Can't go wrong. Remember, the girl nose best!

My boyfriend wears this fragrance. I met him 1 1/2 year ago wearing this fragrance and was overtaken by it's draw. I nuzzled my face into his chest as we danced to a slow jam at a bar. I buy this fragrance for him because I want to smell it on him. I turns me on when he wears it. He wears it everday. I'm turned on everyday. Other than Kouros, there is only one other fragrance that I love to smell on him. I am greatly dissapointed by the single star ratings that I see for Kouros. Everyone has their preference. My preference is Kouros. If we don't last, Kouros will always remain an active part of my life even if I have to buy it for the next boyfriend or wear it for myself. Thank you Kouros.

Yes, it is controversial, but let me give you a positive take on Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent. Unabashedly masculine, muscular, sexual, animalic, you name it, this is a bold and unique scent (okay, it DOES smell a little like Creed's Orange Spice at first). On some, it can smell dirty, but on others it is pure magic. Incense, clove and oakmoss are the main ingredients. I wore this often in the early 1980s and have nothing but fond memories. Superb development and lasts like the champ it is.

Kouros is quite simply one of the most controversial scents ever created. Everyone who has smelled it has an opinion - some love it, some hate it. Personally I fall into the "hate it" camp when it comes to Kouros. To me this one smells like a public restroom air sanitizer or a urinal cake - and nothing more. Many of those who claim to love the scent also claim that it has an animalic muskiness and sexiness. I do not get this at all when I put this on my skin. I get nothing more than crappy air sanitizer, synthetic chemical smell and a bit of artificial vanilla odor as well. It is extremely unpleasant from the topnotes throughout the entire dry down. If you want to smell like your local gas station's public restroom, then this is the one for you.
