There is no other lavender sent that can compare to Yardley's English Lavender--it captured my heart when I was a teen back in the late 1960's, and no matter what other beautiful fragrances I've tried, English Lavender just remains uppermost in my heart and mind--it's my all-time favorite, as well as my own signature fragrance--it's definitely not flowery/floral, sweet or cloying--it's like a breath of the freshest air imaginable, crisp, clean, bright, lively, energetic, and downright invigorating!-it's 'all outdoors', yet in a most feminine way--it's a gorgeous Fall afternoon while walking in the woods, yet with the warm undertones of a cozy fireside snuggle--I love it, can't say enough about it--just wish it had been far easier to find over the last decade or so--glad I finally found it here!
