"I have worn Shalimar since I was 15 yrs. old because my then boyfriend's mother wore it & he loved it. "I tried this several times before deciding I really do like it. It's a soft, fresh citrus-sweet-vanilla scent that is wonderful for summer. The initial spritz is very fresh, bright and clean - citrusy-lemony goodness. The dry down softens that a bit and a lovely sweet vanilla emerges, what I would categorize as a foody vanilla. This is a very subtle scent - it will not precede you into a room, or linger after you've left."
