Every man should wear this cologne!!!
I bought it over 20 years ago for my husband the first time. It became his signature scent getting compliments every day he wore it! What woman doesn't love a great smelling man!! 😍 Although after 22 years of marriage, we are no longer together, I still remember "his smell" with Tsar and I smile. Please make this one easier to find and purchase for those of us who cannot get this one off of our minds. It's amazing. I'd also say Xerius was another having that same Van Cleef & Arpels magic! Sorry if I misspelled it. 😊

Yes I would buy this product if it comes back on the market.
I use it a little every day and get many compliments on this cologne. It is inconceivable that Van Clef & Arpels would discontinue the best fragrance on the market bar none.

BRING IT BACK!!
I am not believing you discontinued the absolute BEST cologne ever made. Who do we need to call in order to get this product back on the market? There is NOTHING out there that even comes close to this. It last all day. Is not overbearing and the women absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

Never overpowering
Was given to me as a 🎁, years ago. When I opened it and tried it I knew this was my scent. Drove many women wide and I received hundreds if not thousands of compliments. I was always asked by men and women, what cologne am I wearing?

My favorite scent!
I've used Tsar almost continually since its inception. Several years went by without because my local source dried up. I'm so happy now that I can purchase online. I've introduced Tsar to my son and he loves it too.
