Thierry Mugler Perfume and Thierry Mugler Cologne
French designer Thierry Mugler founded his men's and women's fashion lines in the late 1970s and for the next decade, was successful in providing the world with unique and extravagant fashions that defined the times. Thierry's wide and padded shoulders, waif waists, exaggerated collars and solid, dominating colors were complimented by otherworldly influences like space and the insect kingdom and the use of unique materials, including PVC. The designer was unable to translate his fashion visions into the quiet, minimalist 1990s, and he turned to concentrate on fragrance.
A collaborative partnership with cosmetics and skincare company Clarins in 1997 resulted in the creation of Thierry Mugler's most popular fragrances to date: A*Men for men and Angel for women-- a fragrance which remains the only scented product to have periodically outsold the legendary Chanel No. 5 in France. The design house continues to expand its fragrance division and in Winter 2008, had its couture fashion division re-opened under the guidance of Rosemary Rodriguez, formerly of Paco Rabanne, who has also created the label's most recent ready-to-wear collections.

The first few minutes after spraying one is bombarded by an odd minty fragrance, but as the night wears on it slowly peels away to reveal a blend of chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and tonka bean aromas. I have received many compliments from woman, but be warned. With its vanilla undertones, men will also be wondering who is wearing it....

Angel Perfume for Women by Thierry Mugler is such a wonderful scent. I got it as a gift and it was an instant hit with me. I loved it so much that I've been wearing it sparingly for fear that I will run out before I can actually afford to replace it. Great job Thierry Mugler. Definitely a winner in my books!!!

WOW, this is lovely! Just a wonderful scent that is truly irresistible. I wear it primarily for evening wear, but, it is just as striking during daylight business hours. Tried this scent on a suggestion and it was as good, no, better than what they told me. Wonderful, please keep. Love this site and recommend to all my friends.
