Extremely great value for the price. Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen has a sort of powdery scent, and somewhat floral but i still find it somewhat of a "classic"-scent(not too overwhelming if you don't overdo it). I can see why other reviewers have been a fan of this one for some time now. For me, it's seems suited for a "suit-and-tie" event. Very "elegant" in scent.

My wife got Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen for me when we were dating 20 or so years ago. I had tried many colognes as we were dating and they were ok, but one spray of RC was all it took. I was hooked, she was hooked and it is the only cologne I have worn since. I get at least one compliment a week, if not more. Just this morning, one of my co-workers came up to me at the copy machine and said, "Man you smell good again today, what is that"? The thing is, is that I like the way I smell. I wear flowered shirts and have people actually ask if it's me or my flowers that smell so good. My local retailer stopped carrying it last month and I found you guys. I ordered it on a Sunday night and had it by Thursday. Like someone else said, you don't have to worry about putting too much on. It is not over powering at all. When I go in to some of off site offices I'll here, " Here comes the smell good guy.

I got a drop of ‘Royal Copenhagen’ from Mr George Simson, an American tow master, 30 years back with his comments ‘YOU WILL WAKE UP MAN !’ Yes, really it was a true comment. Since that moment I have been using ‘Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen’. My wife and two daughters also like it more than any other perfumes, though it is a men's cologne. I usually arrange for the Royal Copenhagen to be bought from the UK or the USA thru my relatives as it is not available in the Gulf markets. When I visited London I checked with many perfume stores for R.C in vain. Then I learned from my nephew, who is with ‘Lloyds’ in London, that it has to be ordered thru net.

My husband has worn Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen spray cologne for more than 30 years. I bought him his first bottle as a present when we were dating. I love the fragrance and everyone that he met knew that when this fragrance was present, so was Bruce. I have had a hard time finding it in the past few years, but I have ordered from Perfume.com several times at quite a savings. The fragrance is distinct and doesn't fit some personalities. Bruce was outgoing and a "perfectionist" and loved children and women. This suited him very well.

Introduced in 1970 and still going strong, "Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen" is the good friend you always reach for when bored or tired with the new or the fickle. It is a mainstay in my husband's collection, and the one he reaches for the most. The fragrance is a bright, light powdery floral scent which is very masculine in an understated way. During the hot summer months it is more spicey and exotic, yet very elegant and clean smelling. In the winter the powdery floral scent is more prevalent, and is very comforting. Royal Copenhagen C is a classic oriental floral frag,.. a gentleman's cologne par excellence! It is delicious, attractive, potent and long lasting.

My husband Cornelius (Neil) has been wearing Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen for over 30 years. It was the fragance I noticed when he first sat down next to me on the commuter train to New York. I worked for a major corporation with a lot of men but hadn't noticed this fragance before. It was clean, crisp, and enticing, just like him. Now after 24 years of marriage and 3 years of dating before that, he still wears Royal Copenhagen and he and his fragrance are as enticing as ever. Our 21 year old son also wears it, like father...like son. Both my guys are clean, crisp and wonderful just like your fragrance. Sincerely, Christine V. Harris P.S. I have worn Royal Copenhagen by Royal Copenhagen since 1976 as my primary cologne as it understated and light but with long-lasting staying power. As other's switch from one touted designer fragrance to the next, this one has carried me through the "Polo", CK, Lagerfeld, Kuoros, et al phases. It is not the one for you if you prefer to knock others over with a heavier cloying cologne.
