My first time I wore Lauren was when I was just out of high school and a few decades later I continue to look for it, sadly not easily available. This is NOT a "fruity-citrus floral". Lauren is a lovely green woodsy scent which is really beautiful for Autumn and Winter wear. It's not overpowing, smells sophisticated and can be worn to work. I highly recommend this scent.

I recently went on a three month excursion to find a new signature scent. I smelled until my nose was sore. After no success, I began to go back to my old signature scent that I wore in highschool: Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren. I dont know why I stopped wearing this perfume. My highschool boyfriend always used to comment on how amazing I smelled. I guess I just wanted to try something new after all these years, but nothing seems to compare to Lauren. I love everything about it. The scent to me is warm and cozy but at the same time very clean. Its the only scent that makes me feel like me. And the red bottle with the gold cap literally expressive of the actual fragrance. Classic, warm, cozy, fireplace, pinetrees, blazers, cableknit sweaters, and Christmas. Ralph, this is your best fragrance.

You have NO idea how happy I am to find Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren online. I have been to all the dept. stores to find it & NO ONE has carried it for the past two years. Evan the BIG dpt. stores have told me it no longer is being sold. I will not wear anyhing but Lauren....Thanks so much....

My grandmother 1st bought me Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren on one of her cruises in the 80's and just thought it was cute it was my name too, but the truth is...it is the best smelling perfume and it turns heads everywhere I go. Thanks Ralph Lauren!!

I've been wearing Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren since my college days. When I was teaching, my kids would always tell me I smelled so good. At a wedding of one of my former students, the former student said to me that one of his fondest memories of first grade was how nice his teacher smelled. I am retired now but people still ask me what perfume I am wearing. I am so glad that I found a place where I can still purchase Lauren as it has been hard to find in the last several years. I moved to New York City in the early 80's...I was a young teen...one of my first friends here, also a teenager, wore Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren. She smelled amazing all of the time and seemed so special, everything she wore, including this perfume. I had to start wearing it myself. It got to the point where my grandmother in Delaware would send me bottles of it, me needing to have it all of the time! No other perfume compares to it. And men LOVE the smell of it. I get so many compliments, especially from men. Now whenver I wear it, I am reminded of growing up in the 80's in New York City, a very special time in my life. I not only love how I smell, as do others, but I am so fondly reminded of the most favortie time of my life, in my most favorite city. There is nothing like a crisp Autumn in NYC while wearing a fuzzy sweater spritzed with Lauren. Delicious.

Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren is my favorite perfume. When I wear it I get alot of people telling me how nice I smell and ask what I am wearing, hence this has become the only perfume I wear. Wearing it not only has me smelling really nice, the scent also makes me feel good. I feel this is the best scent that Ralph Lauren has, I have sampled some of his newer perfumes and they don't have the same sweet, nice and sexxy smell that Lauren has.

I have tried many other scents over the years and just cannot find another one that even comes close to wonderful classic scent, that smells better the longer you have it on. I had nearly forgotten about Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren as I don't believe I have seen it displayed locally for quite some time ( I live in L.A. so everything made is typically available here). I had assumed it was no longer available. In the 1980's this was one of the signature fragrances of that era with clear herbal qualities. It is a mostly floral fragrance..clearly rose and carnation, but with a sharp note of something reminiscent of freshly mowed grass or hay and a spicy warm undertone of sandalwood or amber that lingers long after the floral notes have faded. This was a hugely popular fragrance in its day. I consider it a true classic and wish it were more widely stocked.

I know timeless sounds trite and cliched when describing a perfume, but I can still recall the fragrance of Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren decades after first catching its scent back in 1985. I had to ask the woman wearing it what is was she had on, that it smelled amazing. Needless to say, she was flattered! I really can't describe it other than saying it truly has its own smell -- there's nothing in nature that quite matches it. It's described as having a "floral-fresh fragrance" with "a blend of green floral, violet, carnation, rose and rare wood spices." Since then, I've given it as a gift to my wife who, probably more than anything, wears it for me! But I will say, Lauren came up with one magical fragrance when they came up with this one!

Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren always reminds me of my old college roommate as that was the only fragrance she would ever wear. Even after all these years since my college days I still buy Lauren by Ralph Lauren. I adore its clean and crisp scent. I like it too because it doesn't smell too flowery or girly. To me it smells more earthy like wood notes and musk notes. This is one perfume that will never go out of style and is good for women of all ages.

I'm a big fan of Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren. It's definitely one of my favorites as is most of Ralph Lauren's line. My mother-in-law and I take turns each Christmas giving this perfume as a gift to each other. It has a warm, floral and woodsy scent that I love to wear both day and night. Flashback to the '80s and power dressing. Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren is the equivalent of the impecccable business suit with linebacker shoulderpads. Nothing wispy or delicate about this fragrance. No waifs allowed. No arteests allowed. This is what you wear for the boardroom takeover or the hustle of the trading floor you tread in your perfect black business pumps and your perfecly starched white shirt with a parisian silk scarf for that extra bit of dash.

Lauren Perfume for Women by Ralph Lauren is a classic. There was a time when every woman I knew wore this! It's a spicy floral with a strong herbal tang. I remember thinking it reminded me of tea back before tea based scents became popular. But I think my favorite thing about this is the memories this evokes. I have a hard time imagining anyone actively disliking it - all the notes combine to form a light, clean, feminine scent that's reminiscent of a wonderful shampoo or soap.
