The original feminine fragrance by Prada from 2004 was introduced aiming at a greater audience, since an exclusive collection of cult scents was circulating through the circuit of Prada boutiques. Not one but three renowned perfumers worked on it: Carlos Benaim, Max Gavarry and Clement Gavarry. They wove in an intense accord of modernised amber which imbues the entire composition with its hypnotic come-hither. But although it looks like it’s a classic seduction fragrance, Prada by Prada does everything with a modern vibe which eschews obvious traps. Four main essences embrace the amber accord, humming at the background: Indian sandalwood, Indonesian patchouli, French labdanum resin and Siam benzoin. Citrus and soft flowers provide an airier feel amidst all this orientalia. Prada by Prada is best reserved for special evenings and cooler weather, when its warmth radiates with the plushness of a cashmere blanket.

Prada is an elegant and mature scent. I recommend wearing it for evenings out. The scent softens from when it is first applied and lasts for hours. Blend of vanilla, sandalwood, amber are perfectly blended and are not overpowering. Definitely distinct!

Prada perfume is another lovely, sensual scent. Great for an evening out.... or for a special occasion. On my skin, the rose, mimosa, tonka beans, vanilla and sandalwood stand out. The patchouli in this is not too strong. Lasting power of this is about 10+ hours, on my skin.

I am a road salesman and spend a good part of the day in the car driving...Prada has a soft scent very recognizable to my customers yet it does not give me a headache in the interior of my automobile...Many people ask what I am wearing and love it too. When they try it, it is different on them...So, I guess that Prada is my signature in the world of scents!!!
