Prada Perfume and Prada Cologne
Italian Mario Prada, founder of the fashionable and stylish House of Prada, began the label in 1913. His signature walrus-skinned suitcase—heavy but durable—soon proved too unweidly for air travel and so instead Mario focused on perfecting the design of his infamous handbags and shoes. In 1978, Mario’s 28-year-old granddaughter, Miuccia Prada, assumed the reigns and with her impeccable sense of style, moved the house to innovative haute couture. The Wall Street Journal has since named Miuccia one of 30 most powerful women in Europe. Miuccia Prada ventured to fragrance exclusivity in 2003 with Iris, Fleur d’Oranger, Cuir Ambre and Oeillet. Many elegant scents followed, including the Infusion and Tendre lines.

Prada is an elegant and mature scent. I recommend wearing it for evenings out. The scent softens from when it is first applied and lasts for hours. Blend of vanilla, sandalwood, amber are perfectly blended and are not overpowering. Definitely distinct!

"I was visiting my sister in New Orleans and happened upon the beautiful bottle of colonge. I sprayed a small amount on my wrist and the scent completely blew me away. I fell in love with it. I have just ordered the gift set and I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. This fragrance has a hint of class, elegence, and sexiness.

Prada perfume is another lovely, sensual scent. Great for an evening out.... or for a special occasion. On my skin, the rose, mimosa, tonka beans, vanilla and sandalwood stand out. The patchouli in this is not too strong. Lasting power of this is about 10+ hours, on my skin.
