  I have used carl fracci in the past and have gotten great compliments however I purchased a bottlle on last week for $85 that I beleive has been tampered with first of all when I use it it has a very faint smell and the fragrance is nonexistant I purchased it from parisian in Birmingham Al and they are undersgoing a buyout I dont know what happened I feel that most of the actual fragrance was removed and some other substance was substituted possibly water? I dont know but I am not pleased at all contact me regarding this matter Ive contacted the store but they are in the midst of the buyout and it is sort of chaotic so thats not an option my name is Constance Hill address is 1421 4th Street NW Birmingham Al 35215
