I had read so many great reviews about this perfume so I decided to purchase it. It was not pleasant at all. It had a tobacco essence and my husband agreed. I waited after the drydown to see if this tobacco scent would disappear and transform, but it did not. Overall, I was very disappointed with this perfume.

Most amazing mild scent ever!!! Been wearing this for a few years and couldn't find it till i went on here. It is a like a perfumey cup of vanilla chocolate coffee with all kinds of other yummy things going on~ my favorite scent ever!!

L de Lolita is very different from the original Lolita product- its vanilla and sandalwood smell catch you right away. Not fruity or overly floral at all, but rather a sweet "dry" smell that reminds one of simple incense and hot chocolate by a fire. It is light and sweet but also sophisticated, making it perfect for year-round wear. It is the type of subtle fragrance that would be appreciated in the fall and winter when everyone else is wearing heavy oriental perfume. The bottle is a romantic heart shaped shell inspired glass design, with the design of gold coral on the spritzer and a pretty charm- it looks beautiful sitting on your boudoir.
