This brings such a wonderful memory to me. It smells like my Mom's beach bag! I grew up in Italy and going to the beach for the entire summer was a common fun practice in my family. So, when years later i got this sample and put it on my skin i couldn't let go. I wear it very often and I get compliments, but the main reason i wear it is to feel close to my Mom. I can't describe the scent, it is very peculiar, I just love it and wear it mostly in the summer.

This is the best perfume that is on the market today. I discovered Poeme 7 or 8 years ago when I was x-mas shopping. I stopped at the department counter to buy a cologne for my father when I noticed they were having a special "buy two fragrances and receive a free gift". As soon as I put on the perfume I felt so sleek and sexy. As I continued my shopping through the Mall, complete strangers were coming up to me and complimenting me for my smell. I returned to the store and bought another bottle. I recommend this for everyone. It will boost your self confidence, get you noticed and make you unforgettable.

Poeme is soft and alluring. I just love the way it smells and I always get compliments when I have it on. I have problems finding it in stores. The internet on Ebay has been the only place I have been able to find it. My husband likes the way it smells on me also. FALLING IN LOVE IN PARIS : 1995 & my first trip to Paris. Three weeks in the City of Lights. I've fallen in love with the city but somehow something was missing. But I was lucky enough to find it, even though in the last minute of my trip - the quintesence of Paris : Poeme by Lancome , found at the Duty Free @ Charles De Gaulle Airport ! And I'm hooked ever since - went thru numerous bottles in these last 12 years, bought from wherever I could find them . Yes,I have no shame :)

A real head-turner. I first noticed it on a co-worker and just had to know what it was. She left a trail of the exuberant, ultr-feminine scent behind her whenever she wore it. When I bought it for myself (don't worry we no longer work together!) I found it a little overpowering. I have learned to use it sparingly for the best effect. If you like Samsara (which is a little more oriental, where this is more floral) you will probably like this too. Warning: Not for wallflowers and shrinking violets! It's powerful stuff that WILL get you noticed!

WE love this fragrance!!! My husband and I discovered it while shopping in San Fransico a couple of years ago. I saw that someome mentioned it as a daytime fragrance, but I think of it as an aphrodisiac, put it on and WATCH OUT. Only drawback is that now my MIL loves it as well. Thanks J. Ready

Poeme is the fragrance with many notes, long lasting. It is a perfect fragrance if you want something different, and don't want to smell like everybody else, because there is so many perfumes out there. It is strong, but yet not overpowering, it is a complex smell, it is just wonderfull. Worth Trying !

Poeme is such a wonderful fragrance that lasts a while and makes an impression. It consists of Black Currant, Peach, Mandarin, mimosa, white flowers, Bergamot, Orange Blossom, Freesia, Jasmine, Tuberose and vanilla. Wear it when you want to feel sexy! However, it is a perfume that you need to use lightly so it will last a long time!

This is a great perfume, especially if you like heavier fragrances that stay put all day...you never have to worry about it fading away, and although strong its not overpowering..I get many compliments whenever I wear this.I highly reccommend anyone considering purchasing this..I would say its more in the lines of a musk fragrance, and although im not partial to musks, this perfume smells wonderful.

get a LOT of compliments on this fragrance, and that's why I go through it so quickly... I normally don't like florals of any type, but this one is perhaps the most unique one you'll ever try, it won't give you a headache. Though it goes on strong at first, it ages nicely, and lasts and lasts and LASTS. It doesn't just disappear, it mellows, and at the end of the day, you might be wondering why your man has fallen asleep with his nose against your neck and a smile on his face

This is the best smelling perfume that I just love to wear and have people come up and ask what is that you are wearning it smells so soft, sometimes I lie and say I can\'t smell anything so I can\'t remember what I put on this morning.
