This is the only cologne I have worn for over 20years. What keeps me from using a different cologne? The number of complements a get every time I ware it!! I have tried others over the years only to be told by my children & female friends that they miss the old sweet smelling me! I sincerly hope Lagerfeld will continue to produce this product for many more years, because I would be lost without it. John G.

Lagerfeld is an old favorite. It has a nice masculine scent that lasts with you all day. The aroma faintly reminds me of the hair tonic in my grandfathers barbershop. While I do like some of the more fruity and sweet aromas of todays men's cologne,Lagerfeld has that old school smell that harkens back to the 70's and 80's.

I have used Lagerfeld Classic by Karl Lagerfeld since the 1970's I love the light scent and so do most of the women I have been with. I don't over do it just a couple light sprays each side of the neck and that's enough to blend well with a person's natural scent. When I went looking for it recently at the regular stores I could not find it. Someone suggested Perfume.com so I tried it I ordered four 8 oz splash bottles at an incredibly low price. I am completely satisfied with my entire experience with Perfume.com Feel confident that you will get what you ordered and if there is a problem they will correct it.

Lagerfeld is the best perfume for men on the market. I also used the spray and deodorant.I have been using it for about 15 years and love it. I can't tell you how many times women came up to me and said they love the cologne I am wearing. I tried several colones and this one is the best for me. This is the only cologne my boyfriend wears. In a small town it is very hard to find. Are there any stores that still sell Lagerfield? August 18th he lost everything in the flood in Minnesota. Everything down to his toothbrush! If anyone knows where to buy locally please let me know. Thanks

This is one of my most favorite perfumes. It is a refined, oriental, woody fragrance that's perfect for mature men. It is a very masculine scent and seems like a blend of warm spices and tobacco. I like to wear it on dinner dates and when I'm out with friends. Many people have complimented me on it - you won't go wrong with it! I've tried many perfumes in the past and lagerfield has been in in my top 3 for quite a while!

My husband is not allowed to wear anything but Lagerfeld, I just love it. Please start putting the balm in your inventory again. My husband would rather use the lotion then the spray. This is the number 1 cologne, nothing else smells as great as this.

I love the way Lagerfeld smells. It is not overpowering. There is none of that offensive strong burning scent that a lot of colonges have nor does it have a fruity smell. One woman told me that Lagerfeld is instant sex in a bottle to her.

The first time I smelled this cologne was at work, and the guy wearing it drove me nuts, it smelled soo good on him. Since then I have given this cologne to quite a few male friends and they all tell me that their girlfriends/wives absolutely love it. The other reviewer is probably too young to realize a sexy cologne when she smells it. Keep up the good work! I Love IT!

Well, Chiki, if only a dab will do ya', it's well worth your money. This is a CLASSIC fragrance and will get compliments almost EVERY time. Not too sweet, but kind of like a touch of honey and tobacco. I LOVE this fragrance and get compliments EVERY TIME I wear it. In my opinion, it is more of a formal fragrance, kind of akin to the original Perry Ellis fragrance (black top with ivory cabochon, golden juice and glass bottle with indentation on front). You can't go wrong with this fragrance as it has EXCELLENT staying power and is well worth your money (unlike some of these newer fragrances or "relaunches" that don't seem to last worth a heap of beans, e.g., the "new" Antaeus by Chanel). Just FYI, Chanel changed the Antaeus bottle, i.e., no more silver on the top with the Chanel logo, and less lettering on the bottle. This is a sign that they are cutting corners to save money, thus it probably also means they're putting in less perfume oil just to get by. I swear, honest to God, the formulation for Antaeus has changed and it doesn't last more than five minutes. I betcha anything they've gotten cheap with their perfume concentration in Antaeus. How sad.

Lagerfeld Classic by Karl Lagerfeld is such a classic mens' scent...it always makes me swoon a little when I catch a whiff in passing. Sometimes, I just spray a little on my hand. It helps that this fragrance reminds me of someone very special! For any man who doesn't want a heavy scent, this is the perfect cologne. Ladies, if you're searching for something for a special guy in your life, I'd highly recommend Lagerfeld!

I absolutely can not bear to be around anyone that wears this perfume. My dad wears it all the times and for Christmas each year I buy him a bottle of it. It smells so heavy and overpowering it almost makes me sick. I can't bear to be in a closed area with anyone that has put on ANY of it. Even a tiny dab will knock you off your feet."

A very sweet, powdery oriental that was very popular in the 1980s and is now making a comeback. Quite a comforting fragrance, its powderiness almost reminiscent of talcum powder, the drydown is spicy, woody and quite deep. Best used in cold weather and with a light hand, it has superior sillage and longevity.

A low rating only due to the fact it turns rancid on my skin. Years ago I told my mother I wanted Lagerfeld Photo for Christmas, but she mixed things up and got me this. While in the bottle it has a nice aroma it revealed too much of a powdery overtone for my tastes. The good thing (if it agrees with your chemistry) is that it lasts a very long time. Nowadays it can be bought for a song, but make sure you test it out before purchasing outright. Sad thing is, I never got my Lagerfeld Photo ... I think I know what my next purchase will be. :)
