this colonge smelled real good to me and a girlfriend in the store but after wearing it out people told me that they did not like it because it has to much of a cedar smell to it and i had to agree finally! if your looking for a real good cologne that the women will love try chrome! they ladies really love it!

lacoste red style is a great smelling cologne. IT is actually one of the best colognes out there in my opinion. it smells great, day and night, although i consider it a bit pricey. its lacoste though, so what do you expect. This is just simply a great cologne.

Lacoste red style in play by lacoste is probably one of the best smelling colognes I know of. It smells wonderful and is great for any situation. I would reccomend it for use anytime but preferably at night or when you go out. This is a great smell in a great packaging.

lacoste red style in play by lacoste is a great smelling cologne. It it sweet but also has a msuky side to it. the packagaing look very nice i must admit. althought the shape of the bottle may look a little weird, the red stained part on the bottom totally makes up for it. this colognes smells very nice and is wearable as a weekend or night out on the town cologne; mainly for the weekends though. This is a very good choice and i would highly reccommend it.

Lacoste Red Style in Play is so cool. This smells so sporty and upbeat. It has a very sporty young fragrance about it. This is a great weekend cologne. It may be a little to casual and young for the office but I would definetely wear it everywhere else. Its great.

Very sporty and young, with predominant smell of fresh juicy green apples, supplemented by heart notes of cedar and jasmine, and the base note of white musk. I dont' think that this fragrance is just for yound men - on the contrary, anyone in good shape and with love for life can easily wear it, especially in the summer. It's rich and a tiny bit bitter - just enough not to be sweet. The only fragrance you can actually wear if you're doing any sports!

For the longest time, I couldn't decide whether or not I liked this one enough to buy it. Eventually, a friend of mine, who was nearly through his first bottle of this, gave the rest to me to help me decide. I'm glad I didn't buy it. Although I really do like the core smell of this one, I really think it's too fruity and arrid to be worn for anything other than sports. The initial spray can be overwhelming! I do like the drydown, but like I said, it's just too fruity and almost comes off as childish to me. I think Lacoste should have refined this one a little more; took the time to balance things out a little instead of just throwing a bunch of good smells in. Either needs to be simplified or redone. I have the deodorant as well, however I cannot use it as it irritates my skin. Even with all these things I have to complain about, I manage to still like this one.

It is very strong and robust. The glass is very thick and heavy. At the bottom of the bottle there is a slight tinge of red which makes it look very warm and appealing. It almost looks like the fragrance inside is red at the bottom. Lacoste style in play has been designed for the man that Lacoste describes, “Thrives under pressure and approaches life with a full sporting attitude. He shows true natural style in every situation- at work, rest and play.” Well where are all these men (or women!)? Please point me in the right direction! I haven’t as to yet met a person who puts on a fragrance when they are at rest! Assuming rest is when they have just come home from work and can’t be bothered to do anything else except to sit in front of the telly with a beer watching some football match! But anyway if I did I guess I wouldn’t mind as much about what they did whilst resting or playing! But anyway back to the subject in hand. BUT WHAT DOES IT SMELL LIKE? Lacoste style in play starts off very fresh smelling, it’s fruity and almost sweet. It must be the Jasmin and apples in it that makes it smell sweet, but after a few seconds it does start to get musky. Overall it’s warm, sensual and dry, and yes I would fancy a person who wore this fragrance! It’s very different to the other aftershaves around at the moment. When I smelt it I found that it’s more sensual, it doesn’t just scream huge muscled manly man, but it does scream, sensitive and caring loving person. If you liked CK1 then I think you would like this to. WOULD I BUY IT FOR MY MAN? I love this new fragrance, and yes I would definitely want my next lover to be wearing it, but whether they do or not is up to them, Oh well I’ll just have to keep my nose up in the air to smell them out!

Lacoste Style In Play (aka Red) is a light, refreshing, summer-time fragrance. The dominant note in this fragrance is the green apple. Despite all of the other notes in this cologne, Style in Play comes off smelling like a bushel of freshly washed apples. This light, aquatic fruitiness makes Style in Play a great choice for any casual hot summer day. Style in Play can easily last throughout an entire day and even into the next if applied to clothes and that in itself is an accomplishment for a light fragrance. The one problem I have with Style in Play that keeps it from getting a higher rating from me is also the quality that makes others love it. I find it to be boring. However, if you want a nice straightforward fragrance for this summer, Style in Play may be worth looking into.
