Introduced in 2005, Kenzo Flower Oriental perfume is based on Kyara, an extract of Asia’s agar tree. The material is burned during a Japanese ceremony called Kôdô, which is translated as “listening to incense.” Other fragrance notes include Bulgarian rose, violet, vanilla, musk, Sichuan pepper, and Chinese incense—all of which melt to create a sensual, floral bouquet, with the strength of Asian woods.

Review of Kenzo Flower Oriental by Tanya Scharman
I've tried both, the original FLOWER and the ORIENTAL FLOWER, by Kenzo. While my nose finds the original is nice, the oriental version is spectacular! The blend of bulgarian rose, vanilla, musk and incense is kind of relaxing and not over the top. This is a nice scent for a summer night out or for a lazy weekend day, just hanging out. Lasting power on my skin is decent, at about 6-8 hours.
