John Varvatos Perfume and John Varvatos Cologne
Greek-American designer John Varvatos worked for both Polo Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein before the launch of his own house, which has by today expanded to include men's and women's wear, shoes, fragrance and skincare products, leather goods and accessories. Varvatos launched his first collection under his own moniker at the close of the year 2000.
Growing up in a suburb of Metro Detroit, John Varvatos has always been tapped into the underworld of the American style culture, which shows in his sleek, modern and unique designs. The same year he branched out on his own, John was recruited by Converse sneakers to design a line of shoes that has remained so popular that liaisons with the designer are still sought after by the company a decade later. His first eyewear collection had as its official campaign models the American supergroup Velvet Revolver, and in 2008, Varvatos opened a signature store in the former venue of legendary punk club, CBGB. John Varvatos has become an integral part of American fashion history.

When I smelled both the regular John Varvatos and the Vintage. the first thing that came to mind what that when I turned 40 I would switch form the regular to Vintage. Its very distict for a man with wisdom and knowledge. Very good, not the best, but still has its place in my memory.
