Bought this one on the recommendations of the reviewers here. Initially it starts off strong with a floral scent, then becomes quite nice with a more softer(I'd have to guess) "wood"-type scent. quite nice. While I have a few other colognes which I prefer more, if you like 'western'-type(it invokes a sort of cowboy-ish type image for me) colognes this may be for you.

As I was visiting with my parents this past week, my dad told me that he had been searching for this cologne that meant so much to him. CHAZ cologne was given to him by one of my sisters which we recently loss to colon cancer. I promised him that when I got home I would search online. I think it is so amazing how a scent could help my dad keep my sisters memory alive. I know that he will be so very happy to know that he will be able to purchase it. Thank you so much~

I was first given Chaz cologne in high school (1986) as a joke because of my name, but I must say that I have yet to find a scent that I prefer over it. I used it for the next sixteen years until all the local stores quit carrying it. I have tried numerous scents to find a replacement but nothing else will do. I never thought to look online for it until now. I can now once again have my scent.

Jean Philippe is a producer of great classic colognes. Chaz is definitely one of them! Its fresh, but at the same time bitter scent will give you the feeling of the freshness for the whole day. And, of course, this scent is very mild... Chaz is a good beginning of any day.

Why do I like this perfume? Because when I was a little kid, I remember smelling it on my father. It is a very manly scent and may not suit you if you would rather have a few flowers in your scent, but this is a great perfume and brings back lots of memories.

I have been looking for over 10 year's to find this.......this is what my Dad wore,and when he was dieing of cancer we had him at home,and we was not putting it on hem,so one day the nurse told us to do everything that he use to do,so I bathed him and put that on him and even tough he could not speek and his eye's was closed..........A BIG SMILE CAME ACCROSS HIS FACE.. AND TO ME THAT IS PRICELESS.....there was a small ammount left when he died,but my Aunt came in and got rid of everything,that is except one mint green shirt that still had the smell on it,and when I would go to Mom's I would open the closet and take the shirt out and smell it.......thank you so much for the memroies.....Wanda Corman

Chaz by Jean Philippe smells great. It has a clean and crisp scent. I love it when a man wears this cologne. It is very fresh and different. It also has a slight hint of musk but not too strong. Jean Philippe did a great job of adding a variety of smells without making the cologne too strong. This is a great cologne for any man!
