Review of Ombre Rose by Diana
I wore this fragrance 25 years ago. I thought it had been d/c'd long ago. I found it playing on line. Can't wait for my order to arrive.

Review of Ombre Rose by Casey
The most sensual and intoxicating sent. Whenever I wear it, I get compliments and men have even commented! I was sorry that I could no longer find it in stores. I actually thought that it had been discontinued---but happily found it on this site and will buy it as long as you carry it. Please keep carrying it! It wears for hours and hours and can go from day to night wear.

I love this perfume. A roommate in Germany introduced this perfume to me and I was instantly in love. However, once I got to the states I could never find it. I am so happy.

I Have been using the Ombre Rose by Jean Charles Brosseau since the 80's. People recognize this perfume and always have positive comments on the scent.I wish it was more readily available like it used to be then. You could buy it in department stores and it was easy to find everywhere. Now when I inquire about it,sales assistants say it's discontinued.

Ombre Rose by Jean Charles Brosseau is a very special and subtle fragrance,it is discreet, and gentle,it reminds me of the old times when my auntie wore something very similar and I never forgot that gentle and powdery, romantic smell. It is not found in the shops anymore except very rarely at Harrods etc, would like to to be avaliable in others too.

I've used the original Ombre Rose scent for over 22 years and simply love it! At times over the years I've tried other frangrances now and then, but I always end up going back to Ombre Rose . . . truly a timeless classic! The sprays, lotion, powder, perfume and bath gel are always on gift lists for myself . . .

Ombre Rose is a classic fragrance that should never be retired. It is light and powdery yet multi-layered as rose petals, with hints of vanilla and amber woven through. As you apply it, the fragrance is immediately lovely, but it then continues to unfold and mellow. Later on, when you get a whisper of scent, it seems to have enveloped you in a personalized bouquet that is never too strong, never too sweet, always gentle and romantic.

The Ombre Rose Body Cream is really wonderful. It is very creamy and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. The scent is just perfect, very light but enough to raise compliments.

If you appreciate the romantic days of the past, you will love OMBRE ROSE. Roses have always been the symbol of love. The fresh scent of roses and powder are present in OMBRE ROSE. I can barely smell the fragrance on me, but when I pass people they asked me what am I wearing. I really appreciate this light scent because my husband suffers with allergies, and he never says that the fragrance is too strong. He likes OMBRE ROSE. I feel fresh and delicate throughout the day and night. I located OMBRE ROSE at a family owned drug store, and fell in love with it. I just happen to log into your web site and was excited to find that you sell OMBRE ROSE. I ordered the "perfume" and will be ordering the "gift set" very soon. Thanks for carrying this wonderful fragrance.

Review of Ombre Rose by Alli Somasundaram
Omrose Rose is a unique and intriguing fragrance, perfectly mirroring the style of the famous designer. really one of its kind. can be carried anywhere around and his really handy. it is sweet, soft smelling and very feminine. but why is that all the other big bottles have a long lid, i think that style should be changed.

Review of Ombre Rose by Marty Zucker
Ombre Rose is another nearly single note fragrance, rose of course in this case. It is really a lovely antique rose scent though, warmed by an almost imperceptible spicy amber or cedarwood note and freshened with green grass. It is a bit longer lasting than other clear rose fragrances such as Tea Rose and is made a bit more complex and sophisticated by those low notes. It is still pretty and innocent enough for a very young girl though. A classic scent.

As a fan of amber, and a fan of rose, this is of course one of my flagship favorites. Warm and soft, but perhaps not the staying power I would prefer; I wouldn't recommend purchasing less than the eau de parfum on this one if you want it to get you through a workday. For an evening out, the eau de cologne should be fine. I scored a 4 instead of a 5 because I think that it would be alittle better if the amber backed off and the rose moved forward just a touch.
