We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfumes and fragrances online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. You MUST contact Customer service first at 1-800-645-9251 to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment receipt date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the bottle or product packaging has been opened. All hair care products, opened or unopened, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Other unopened packages can be returned for a full refund. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.

Due to Health reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for skin care products. Selections should be made with care.

Please note that we are a discount site and we do not always have an accurate photo representation of the products. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.

Orders directed to an APO/AE address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/AE address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be the responsibility of Perfume.com.

How do I return an item?

Return authorization is required. Email us or call us free at 1-800-645-9251 prior to shipping your package back. If emailing please specify your order number, first and last name, the reason for the return and whether the product has been opened and/or used. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to the Perfume.com warehouse via a preapproved shipper. Please include the following information with your return:

  • Original order confirmation no. or invoice no.
