What are my payment method choices?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal or Google Checkout.

Credit Card Payments can be made via our secure online payment gateway or via telephone at 1-800-645-9251.

We no longer accept Money Order Payments. We are sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused.

When do you charge my credit card?

When you place your order, we will attempt to obtain an authorisation for the total order amount. An authorisation will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. This is not the same as charging your card.

We utilise address verification service to verify your credit card billing information. If the bank requires more information, we will send you an email message to you or contact you by phone.

Your card is charged when your order has been approved and sent to the warehouse.
