Why should I create a Perfume.com account?

Creating an account on Perfume.com allows you to place orders quickly and easily without having to enter all your personal information each time you place an order. With an account, you'll also be able to create a Wish List, and keep a history of all your orders. Any information you provide to us is held in the strictest confidence and your privacy is guaranteed.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy - just be sure to fill in all the necessary fields and you'll have an account in no time!

  • Simply click "Register" at the top right corner of any page.
  • You will be asked to enter your e-mail address, select a password and to choose a security question.
  • Then just click "Sign Up" and you are done.

Guest Checkout Option

If you don't want to create an account right away, you can use our Guest Checkout option. This will allow you to place an order without an existing account. During the checkout process you will be given the option to receive updates regarding our latest coupons and promotions. You can track your order using the Track Your Order link located at the top right corner of every website page.

However, in Guest Checkout you will be given the option to create a Perfume.com account.

How do I change my password?

If you want to change your password, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Sign In" located in the top navigation bar.
  • Enter your account's e-mail address and password and click "Sign In".
  • Click on the "Edit" link in the Account Information section of your account
  • On the Your Account Information page you can enter a new password
  • Type in your new password twice and click "Update"
  • You have just updated your password!

What if I lost my password?

If you forget your password, you can create a new password by using our password retrieval process. Just follow the instructions below:

  • Click on "Sign In" located in the top navigation bar.
  • Directly under the password field is a link that says "Forgot your password? Click Here"
  • You will be taken to the Forgot Your Password page, where you will be prompted to enter your email address
  • Type your email address and click the "Submit" button
  • You will be asked to answer the security question you saved in your account when it was created.
  • We will send you an email with a link to our Reset Password page
  • And now you can Sign In to your account and begin shopping!

What if I can't remember my security question/answer?

If you are in the middle of attempting to update or reset your password and can't remember your security question, please call our call center for assistance.

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order using the Track Your Order link located at the top right corner of every website page.

What is a wish list?

Your Perfume.com wish list allows you to easily store in one place all the fragrances you discover while you're shopping. Use your wish list for gift ideas, to organize your shopping, and soon you'll be able to share with your friends and family. Keep all your favorites on your wish list and easily add them to your shopping cart when you're ready.
