  To whom it may concern, It is very ironic that I am asked to write a review on this transaction. I ordered the Estee Lauder 4 piece gift set weeks ago. When I received my order my 4 piece set was only 3 pieces. I contacted your company many times to rectify the situation. I was told on December 21, 2007 you reshipped my order and as of now I still haven't received it. I do so much ordering on-line and this is the first time this has happened to me. To add insult to injury I had a chance to buy a two piece set which in essence is what I received from you for less money. A reply from your company would be greatly appreciated.   Beyond Paradise was launched four years ago or a little longer. It's a tropical scent that lingers when you walk by someone. It's velvety and the notes are soft, even right after application. If you are taking a vacation to someplace tropical or if you are just wanting to warm up on a cold winter day, this is the scent for you. It has a moderately long wear-time so this means you won't have to re-apply every 3 hours. It will last about 6 or 7.
