I ordered this over the internet based only on glowing reviews I had read of it. I'm very fussy when it comes to perfumes and there are relatively few that really appeal to me, and that don't smell like every other perfume out there. I like perfumes that are a bit different, fresh, clean, feminine but not too flowery, and definitely not pungent, overpowering ones! So, I was taking a bit of a risk by ordering this and hoped it lived up the the reviews I had read. Luckily for me it did and I'm very happy that I bought it. It's a lovely perfume, subtle but long-lasting and I can spritz on a little first thing in the morning and it lasts all day and through the night so it doesn't even need reapplying. That means that it's economical and the price is very good anyway so it's a very affordable perfume but smells very classy and expensive! I doubt very much that it would offend anyone and I think it would suit most women of any age, young or old. It's rapidly become one of my favorite perfumes (and I have quite a few!) and one that I reach for time and time again because it makes me feel so nice! I live in England and doubt I could buy it anywhere in this country but I can buy it over the internet, which is great! I'd recommend this to anyone who doesn't like pungent, overpowering perfumes and who wants something more subtle but that still stands out. I also love Signature by Escada which is another fresh, clean and classy perfume!

I am a registered nurse and did not wear perfume to work due to patient's sensitivities to most smells while they are ill. Most patients with respiratory issues can not tolerate strong odors and have complained, stating it "chokes them up". Oddly, with that said, I was introduced to Ellen Tracy by a college professor's wife after taking care of her husband in the hospital. She gave a bottle of INSPIRAE to me, as a gift for the care given to her husband. I sprayed only a small amount on my wrist and immediately "fell in love" with the fragrance. I received many compliments from co-workers as well as patients and their family members that very day. I was concerned thinking it may be too strong since everyone mentioned it to me but was reassured, even by the pneumonia patient, that it was a very soft, pleasant smell that seemed to go well with my body chemistry. I have since been a huge fan and purchase multiple bottles at one time because I'm afraid it will be discontinued or I will end up without it one day. I normally do not give perfume as a gift, knowing how most people's body chemistry is different as well as their preferences, but have never had any issues with INSPIRE. My boyfriend and children absolutely love it, even my ex-husband and his current wife. It has been 7 years and I continue to receive compliments. One co-worker said at shift change that I smelled as good at the end of the shift as I do at the beginning. It is definitely a frangrance you get your moneys worth, in more ways than one. INSPIRE should be on everyone's vanity! I appreciate Ellen Tracy for the happiness her product brings to me and everyone around me, Thank you so much!!!

Review of Inspire by Bonnie Rosenblatt
This is a lovely, elegant scent. I received a sample with my order and immediately loved it. It is soft and sheer but has staying power it is luscious especially when layered with the lotion, ( can find on other sites). I think it is my favorite scent at the moment, I love to have several fragrances at the same time, but this is the one I seem to spray more often, I can't quit smelling my wrist, it's lovely, I'm going to try the other Ellen tracy scents too, I've also seen many reviews raving about how wonderful they were. This is a soft fruity/floral with a dry down of warmth, it also has some green notes in it that keep it fresh smelling, at the same time it is slightly sweet. If you like heavy orientals, you will not like this, if you like soft powdery scents with floral, some green notes and some slightly fruity notes, you'll like this, very feminine, I love it!!!
