Elizabeth Arden Perfume and Elizabeth Arden Cologne
Elizabeth Arden makes perfumes with “global prestige.” A pioneer in life, beauty and business, Elizabeth Arden—Canadian-born Florence Nightingale Graham—started off as an off-duty nurse with kitchen lab, where she mixed and created potions with an aim to discover beauty cream perfection. Undeterred by her father’s wish for her to marry, Elizabeth journeyed to New York at age 30 and embarked on building her dream of a cosmetic empire. She launched a successful beauty salon in 1910, and word soon spread. The rest is cosmetics (and fragrance) history: 5th Avenue After Five, Green Teas, Mediterranean, Provocative and Splendor. Fragrance Red Door recalls the beautiful red door that graced Arden's humble but determined salon beginnings.
