Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana is an excellent summer scent! One sniff of light blue brings me right back to those hot summer days, I sometimes like to squirt a little on when I am feeling down in the winter from all the cold weather to pretend like its those gorgeous summer days, light blue is exactly as it sounds light, crisp and refreshing.. an excellent scent for that oh so cool and clean feeling that every women enjoys! Definitely a must to have on your dresser!

I have been hooked on Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana ever since I got a little sample tube from Sephora! I alternate my fragrance according to my mood, but the fruity tones, and its magical blend with flowers makes me feel like I belong in one of those catalogue ads (you know, the ones with the girls with that no-makeup, tousled hair look). It's a very clean, unfussy scent, with a distinctive citrusy impact upon first whiff, but it builds into a more floral scent as you adjust your smell, but regardless of that, it just makes you feel elegant and playful at the same time. If a scent can make me feel this good, then by all means, I have to have it!

when i first smell Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana it blew me away i couldnt tell what kind of scent it was, i was in between floral and herbal, anyways i loved it. it smells clean and stays all day long, but what i most like about this perfume in particular is that everytime i wear people always stop me and ask me what perfume im wearing and say i smell really good. i love wearing it specialy when im with my boyfriend he can never stop saying how good i smell:).

When I first opened the tiny bottle, a big floral scent came wafting out, then blew away. What remained was a clean and neat, ever so slightly woodsy fragrance that I enjoyed for the rest of the day. It was not exactly as I had imagined it would be from the description -- not what I'd consider a traditional floral, but Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana certainly is cheerfully pleasant and a joy to wear. It definitely has grown on me!

Everywhere I go, people always say "You smell so good what is that fragrance" of course I tell them Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana. Men want to order it for their women. Even the kids at the school where I work, say the same, "Ma'am you smell so good!" The name of the game is layering, you must use the shower gel, the moisturizer and the cologne, it will last all day and you still smell fresh. It has a strong woodsy smell, one that reminds me of the cedar chips in a hamster cage, but in a good way. It also has a hint of citrus, and something that reminds me of a meadow full of flowers. It is a refreshing change from all of the overly flowery perfumes that I have seen coming out lately, and I could almost see it as a unisex scent. If you like Light Blue, you would probably also like Halloween by jesus Del Pozo, or Snow by Demeter ( It really smells like the air before a blizzard)

I love it because it is light and very pleasant, you don't even smell it-it's light. I bought may be 10 bottles biggest size always. This year I wanted to buy on internet I couldn't find cheaper price like I used to buy. And now I found out it is the most selling fragrance. I am not amazed, it is light and pleasant. But be careful when my son is around that citrus smell gives him allergies. Get this perfume if you like light pleasant smell.

I LOVE Light Blue! I have been wearing it practicaly since it came out and it is also one of my "Signatures" I have joined the ranks of "Excuse me, can you tell me what you are wearing? I have always loved cedar "anything" but Light Blue has an undertone and dry down of the cedar base that is totally elegant. I never knew apples and cedar could smell so good together! It is one of those scents that I have to spray on my wrist so I can bring it up to my nose...clean, wind swept and so very fresh!

In all my years of wearing designers perfume, none have come close to Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana. What I like most about this perfume is how well anyone with any body chemistry can wear it. No matter where I go I can tell if someone is wearing Light Blue. It has a very distinctive smell. I have worn other designer's perfume as I use to work for a high end retailer and had the opportunity to smell and wear different fragrances. When I first sprayed Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana, I didn't much care for it to be perfectly honest, but after it settled on, it is a very soft smell. I like it because it is not overpowering, but still smells very fresh and light. I don't really think it's one of those "who's wearing that" scents, but it is a very casual scent, but I personally would not wear it out on the town, or to impress anyone. I wear it to work, and if I'm going out just to town for something.

But, I know a great fragrance when I smell one. Perfume is my passion. This fragrance is very light and sultry, yet it doesn't last long. That's the only complaint I find with it. I wish that Dolce & Gabbana could find a way to make it last longer. Perhaps, they may consider using Ambergris or some other natural oil in their ingredients.

Ok I have to confess... when i first bought Light Blue Perfume for Women by Dolce & Gabbana and sprayed it my first thought was it stinks but in a good way because i had never used something like that...it had a different scent and i loved it. but after that, i kept smelling myself throughout the day trying to figure out what or why i smelled so good lol. My brother stopped me just to smell me haha. With this perfume i know i smell good and don't have to reapply. For me, it Last till next morning...u an cuddle and know he's thinking...dang she smells good.lol I'm in love with this perfume and don't regret paying what i paid for it (don't matter since i'm a Victoria secret girl and my sprays are cheaper). I would say go get it but i don't want everyone smelling like me...haha just kidding. i Love it and i know everyone else will (trust me)

I just love this fragrance because it is clean and crisp but definitely sexy! I have asthma and am bothered greatly by many "smells" which tend to aggravate my breathing. THis perfume is very sweet so its not one of my favorites. I like the softer fragrances. This would be perfect for the person who loves sweet smells.

I agree with a prior reviewer regarding the scent of Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana, it has a strong cedar scent like the smell of an indoor sauna. It is light, and airy, but isn't the smell I would expect to find in a woman's cologne or perfume. This is another one of those products that was highly advertised, and turns out to be way over rated. I did not care for this fragrance at all, but if you want to smell like a fresh sauna, then this is definitely the fragrance for you.

This is my signature fragrance. It really is to die for. The first time I smelt it was on my cousin, and I knew I had to have it. The first time I sprayed it, though, I thought I must've made a mistake. To be honest, it smelt pretty bad. But around 5 minutes later, it began to smell amazing again. Pretty weird, I know. Apparently this is one of the highest selling female fragrances-kind of like the woman's version of the male's Acqua di Gio. Give it a go. I tried to like this, I really did. Unfortunately it has a strong note of cedar, which is partially what makes the smell so light and outdoorsy and fresh. To me, though, it smells like hamsters! Those cedar chips are what's used at pet stores for the small animal cages. Maybe if you've never kept a hamster you'd still find the scent refreshing, but once you identify what it is, you can't get the idea out of your head that you're going around smelling like a PetCo associate.

When i first got this i thought it was a mens scent, but it kinda grew on me. It has a very spicy scent, almost like a spice drop with cloves added to it. I have been in love with this perfume for years. It is definitely more of a Spring/Summer scent so I look forward to those seasons every year. It is floral but not overbearing, yet it stays on for a really long time! There is a slight musk to it but it's a good one, not overpowering. A very pretty, light, crisp, citrusy fresh scent. I absolutely, totally adore this scent. It is youthful and fun! It is on my top three favorite perfume list. It is so fresh and clean smelling and is definitely classy. I always get compliments when I wear " Light Blue" perfume.I always get asked what perfume I am wearing and I proudly say, "Girlfriend, it's Dolce and Gabbana!" The name says it all. My boyfriend just loves when I wear this perfume to bed. He says I smell like a sweet angel from heaven. Aww, isn't that just the sweetest thing you ever heard? When you wear this perfume and you walk by a guy on a semi-windy day, it leaves such a sweet scent behind that is definitely a man magnet. It leaves behind a trail of soft notes and it is so light that it couldn't possibly ever be overpowering, even if you accidentally spray on a few too many sprays as some of us are guilty of. I am most definitely guilty as charged from time to time- oh ok, all the time. Thank goodness for this perfume though. There just is no such thing as applying to much perfume. This perfume is destined to be a classic and to prove my love for it, I have stocked up on a few bottles so that i don't run out to quickly.

I really do not like the scent of this. I know a lot of people love it, and my two best friends were obsessed with it, but, on my olive skin, it smells...i don't know, like burning acid? And, to make it worse, it wouldn't come off my skin! I washed with regular soap, dish soap, scrubs and used scented lotions, but i could still smell it on my arm. It's a musk that has a bright burst at the beginning, and then settles right into it's violet cashmere story. I really like it. I love this fragrance, especially for the warmer months. It is cheerful without over doing it, while being simultaniously professional. I also like that it doesn't over-power the wearer. It is as sparkling and youthful as the name suggests. Perhaps this perfume was named "light blue" because it manages to capture the essence of the clear, cyan waters of the coast of Italy and Greece, where D&G infamously draw much of their inspiration. The perfume itself comes in a light blue velvety box and inside the bottle is a frosted glass rectangular shape with a light blue lid. Dolce and Gabbana light blue comes in three different sizes 25ml, 50ml and 100ml ( i also now believe that bodycare does a 2.5ml handbag size bottle for $40.00, great for slipping inyo your bag on a nightout or even your work bag!)

This is a great summer scent - it is clean and crisp and unbelivably light. It is a great alternative to the stuffy and heavy winter brands. Everytime I wear this it makes me feel like I am on a sail boat and I wish to be whisked away! I have had so many people turn their heads around and one guy actually stopped in his tracks! This is a best especially from a designer. I know a lot of designer fragrances are over empowering and have a very strong feel to it, but this is a refreshing opposite – I believe in Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue! The first time I tried this was in store after a torture of half an hour of finding a signature scent. Several whiffs of coffee beans (to clear out the excess) I found this treasure. Just two sprays last ALL day long, and I never have to respray even late in the day! This fragrance is neither too flirty nor too feminine, but just refreshing and intriguing enough for both genders! I love love LOVE this fragrance and it is a great way to have a “this is going to be a FABULOUS day” feeling! And if you need a pick me up, then just one spray will immediately feel relaxing to melt troubles away.

This was the first fragrance that I ever tracked the person down to ask what she was wearing. On her it was an amazing caramel chocolate smell. On me, it starts of with a fresh burst of pine and chocolate, and settles into something warm, caramelly, and incredibly sexy. My husband always asks me to wear this, and of all my fragrances, this earns me the most compliments. I usually spray into the air and then walk through it, and this seems to be the perfect application strength. Anything more becomes too much, so use a careful hand with this one. I will always have a bottle of Angel, regardless of what other perfumes I try.

Lovely smells to me "rich." As in affluent. As in cashmere, and leather seats, and shoes worn so seldom they still smell like the box. It's a musk that has a bright burst at the beginning, and then settles right into it's violet cashmere story. I really like it. I received this as a birthday gift and instantly fell in love with it. The smell is nice and clean and great for everyday wear, but also nice for going out. It almost has a hint of suede smell to me. (but nothing that would make you smell like a cowboy. ;) ) It has sweet undertones that I can't put my finger on. It is also very unique, in that I haven't smelled any other perfumes like it, so no one will think you're wearing some cheap, drug store brand.

Should I exchange it for U.S. currency or buy something in the duty-free shop? I ended up buying Light Blue, and I’ve never regretted my choice! This is a very clean, crisp scent that blends citrus and musk; it starts out sharp (on my skin), but softens to a more “creamy” scent after a few minutes. If you like Moschino’s “I Love Love” or similar soapy-fruity scents with a touch of musk, you’ll probably like Light Blue. It’s a great everyday scent that’s not too intrusive.
