This is the ultimate go-to scent for every season and occasion, including everyday life. I love to layer the body cream under the spray. Everyone tells me "you smell great" and I do not every feel it is overpowering or offensive as so many other scents are - they just bowl you over and not in a good way. This is feminine and beautiful and makes me feel great.

This is a wonderful fragrance. I was disappointed that I couldn't smell the scent after a few hours on myself; however received a compliment on the fragrance several hours later from an acquaintance, so I was happy that others could still notice it.

I was 1st purchased this brand of perfume back in February 2000 for Sweetest Day. I was overwhelmed by this fragrance! It was light, refreshing and smooth! My gentleman friend of 9 years to me had the best tast ever and this choice of his to buy me DKNY Cashmere Mist was Excellent! It also has allowed me to let him choose from then on which fragrances I wear. DKNY Cashmere Mist is such an exuberant perfume. It has an adoring smell all women can wear it, beginning from age 9 to 90. It does make you feel joyously unrestrained. I really like this fragance and I will continue to wear it. I buy alot I mean alot of perfume and cashmere mist is the best. I get more compliments from men and woman. It is sexy but classy. I draw blood for a living and we are not supposed to wear perfume but it was stated that I could wear my as it was fresh and soft.

I fell in love with this at a show where they handed out free samples. I wear it still but I got tired of it. It's pretty light and I find I have to reapply often. It's a great perfume, but one that you need to rotate around because it's so light you get immune to it.

This is one of those scents that I sniff the scent strip with pleasure in my magazines, even though I own the actual bottle! This is warm, sexy, clean, musky not musty, not overbearing, but definitely not one of those cheap-smelling, citrusy, common scents we've been overloaded with over the past several years (that all smell a note or two apart). I can't imagine how bad it would be if this was ever discontinued, it's just too good! One a scale of 1-5 it's definitely a 5, one of the few scents I feel comfortable calling a signature perfume for me.

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING, I HONESTLY CAN NOT GET ENOUGH OF IT, IT SMELLS SOOO GOOD. MY EX BOYFRIEND USED TO LOVE HOW IT LEFT THE SMELL ALL OVER HIS PILLOW, BUT IT IS SOOO LIGHT AND DELICIOUS, MY FRIENDS WOULD EVEN STEAL MY HAIR THINGS, NOW I ALSO USE THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER OR USED BECAUSE THEY JUST STOPPED MAKING IT AS AVAILABLE!!! ANYWAY I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STUFF IT HONESTLY COULDNT GET ANY BETTER. IF I HAD TO DESCRIBE I WOULD SAY A LIGHT AIRY, SORT OF LIKE A BABY SMELL, BUT VERY FEMININE AND NOT FRUITY OR GAY EITHER. I AM JUST SUCH A FAN AND THE PRICE HERE IS GREAT, IT USUALLY RETAILS FOR QUITE A BIT MORE, SO I AM SUPER EXCITED TO BUY IT HERE!!!

This fragrance is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. It is elegance and luxury wrapped up in class. The fragrance is light and floral but not overly sweet. When I wear it, I am reminded of a breezy summer day in a fragnant flower field. I also like the fact that the fragnance does not change if bottle is kept for some time. If you are like me and like to buy the LARGE bottles, some perfumes turn unpleasant after only a few months in storage, but cashmere mist lasts for a few years, and that's both economical and convenient. If you have never had the pleasure of sampling this perfume, I recommend you try it. You will not be dissappointed.

I absolutely love this beautiful soft fragrance. Many perfumes tend to be too strong for me and give me headaches. I tried this a couple of years ago and absolutely love it. It has a very soft, powdery, fresh scent. It is not overpowering in any sense of the word. The lotion is especially powdery and lovely. I haven't tried the deodorant but I am told it's very nice as well. I wish it lasted a little longer.

Very mature, sphisticated scent--definitely not meant for a younger girl. I love the hints of vanillaand powder, it makes this stonger fragrance softer. I liked it in the store , but I do not think it worked very well with my own chemistry. It just eeme to smell diferent than when I was in the store. I passed it on to my sister , who loves it and smells great wearing it. She tells me how the women at work are always asking what she's wearing. Very classy scent.

Think warm and sophisticated. This is a pretty light, winter floral scent with a hint of baby powder. I reserve this fragrance when I wear my simple black dress for a nice intimate dinner at a cozy expensive restaurant. I think everyone should have at least a small bottle of this for special occasions.

This is my FAVORITE perfume in the whole world. I've been using it for over 5 years and I'm sticking to it. It is so beautiful. The lovely soft notes that blend with my body chemistry are so nice, if I could smell this perfume all the time, I'd be in heaven! I really do love it. I try to keep it a secret from my friends, because after all the years that I've been using it, it’s now become my signature fragrance. Even my husband said that it smells so good on me; it’s the sexiest fragrance I wear. Also this one is light and perfect to wear from spring through autumn. It may a little too light for winter, but I sneak it in when possible. It’s a truly inspiring fragrance, makes me feel beautiful, and confident, whenever I use it.

Cashmere Mist really has more of a manly scent to me. My sister chose it and she was only nineteen and it seemed wholly inappropriate for her to be wearing what I can only describe as a much too musky, somewhat grandma-ish, manly scent. It gave me a headache just to be around it. I like Donna Karan's other products and found Black Cashmere to be just as musky but somehow more feminine. I wouldn't recommend either one for younger women.

I love this perfume! I think it is perfect for cooler weather. I love the blend of vanilla with some heavier scents. My husband absolutely loves this perfume. It smells different on than it does on a card at the department store. It blends with body chemistry very well. I would recommend this perfume to anyone who likes vanilla but doesn't like the cheap smell of vanilla from inexpensive brands. This brand oozes confidence and class. Definitely recommended.

I tend to play it safe with my perfumes, opting for simple scents like vanilla, but this is a little more sophisticated and still safe and won't give me a headache like so many others. Donna Karan's Cashmere Mist was the first fragrance my husband ever bought for me, and I return to it time and time again when I'm looking for something that smells clean, feminine and non-offensive. Perfect for any situation! By some miracle of modern chemisty, Cashmere Mist really does manage to capture the feeling of a soft cashmere sweater. I'd call it slightly floral, slightly powdery, and just plain wonderful. It's a cool weather fragrance.
