This fragrance replicates the smell and feeling you get when you crack open a can of gingerale. All that's missing is the loud POP! The fizziness hits your nose first, followed by sweetness and the slightly spicy scent of ginger. I can't get enough of this refreshing and unique fragrance in the summertime. It is uncanny how accurately the Demeter scientists captured the smell/feeling of soda bubbles! Because of its delicious sparkly smell, Gingerale is my favorite Demeter perfume.

If you like the little "lift" you get when you breathe in ginger ale - just before you take a sip - you will LOVE this scent! It has all the refreshing "nip" of ginger ale without the cloying sweetness you'd expect from a a scent named after a soda. I also love the scent of ginger itself, but it's too strong & hot to wear as a perfume. Demeter's "Gingerale" has a little of good ginger ale's heat, a slight but lovely hint of sweetness, and all the freshness & lift you get when those bubbles hit your nose. Fresh, clean & refreshing; I love wearing it in the summer. My husband loves it on me too, and whenever I wear some people always ask what I'm wearing (& where to get it) - they can't believe it's literally "Gingerale" perfume!
