I attend the gym 8 hours @week....I have to wear a scent of some kind or I feel naked. However, w/all the smells of a gym, Perfumes can be rather abnoxious. I purchased "Baby Powder" how annoying can that scent be??? I smell fresh, clean & always told how they enjoy when I come in. It lasts, it doesn't need layering & should I have to run errands directly from the gym it still holds it's scent. It doesn't conflict w/perspiration. I recommend this highly. Great price, not a "pretend" smell. No alcohol undertone. Men always tell me how they love the way I smell & yes, so do the women. This is a real find & I suspect a good price. I have never seen this sold anywhere else so I can't comment on the price. For me, it's a good investment. suzanne Madrid

When I first tried this fragrance on I couldn't believe how similar to the smell of dirt this scent was. I'm not sure if you want to smell like dirt the whole day, it wasn't really a bad smell, it just wasn't a pretty smell - but if you're into that, I'd give it a try. I love the single notes of Demeter fragrances, it makes you feel like you can layer scents more easily.

Demeter has once again captured the essence of the perfect beverage! What a challenge to be able to make the palette water, but this definitely evokes images of my favorite Saturday night drink. :) My only complaint is that I wish it lasted longer - I'm reapplying more often than I should.

Yummy! This truly makes my mouth water when I wear it and makes me want some cake! LOL The only downside is that the scent doesn't last as long as I'd like. I often find myself spritzing it on several times throughout the day, which makes me go through a bottle quicker than I'd like.

This reminds me of hot summers eating orange creamsicles as a child. It's really strong and sweet with the first spray but quickly mellows out and I find myself sniffing at my wrists and looking silly! But others notice it too, so it's definitely an attention-grabber. Yum!

Vanilla Cake Batter Cologne Spray by Demeter is so wonderfully sweet and sugary that people always ask me if I've been baking when I wear it! I LOVE this scent! It reminds me of being a little girl in my childhood, helping my mother make birthday cakes and stirring the icing.

Demeter's fragrance Laundromat Cologne Spray, has all the fragrant joy of the laundrymat, without the trip down the street lugging all of the dirty clothes in the basket! This is everything that is clean, warm, and fresh, like laundry freshly hung and drying in the sun.

Dirt is one of the only fragrances by Demeter that I do not really care for. Yes, it does smell like dirt, or, more appropriately, like wet mud in the rain. If that is what you are going for, stop looking, you've found it! I however, do not really want to smell like clay, so this isn't for me.

Demter fragrances offers Orange Cream Pop cologne spray, a sort of whimsical attempt to attempt the fruity orangsicle scent that you remember from your childhood days of summer. This is sweet and wonderfully citrusy, wonderful like freshly squeezed orangeade!

This scent reminds me of when my mother and I used to pick the honeysuckles near the local park when I was a girl. I've always been impressed my Demeter's ability to produce scents that so accurately replicate the things they are named after. I love the feeling of nostalgia I get when I use this scent. I recommend it highly.

I absolutely love real leather. I would buy leather sheets if they made them, but this scent is horrible. It has a touch of leather scent, but it reminds me more of an old, dirty leather sofa that someone has been sitting on and smoking for years. If you want to smell leather, but a coat, I am not kidding.

Demeter's collection always smells great! This particular scent is sweet and evoked memories of mom's kitchen. The only problem is that it's almost too light, and doesn't last too long.

I love cotton candy by demeter for a summer scent. If I am going to a fair and plan on having cotton candy I always wear my cotton candy by demeter. It is sweet but in a good way. I like this one very much.

This is a very sweet smelling scent by demeter. I like it enough to wear on certain occasions. I really need to be in the mood for it though. It does capture what an orange creamsiscle pop smells like. It makes a great gift for your favorite teen.

If you like scents that have a vanilla base you will like this scent. Whenever I feel like eating cake I just spray on the vanilla cake batter and I am completely satisfied. I just have so many favorites of the demeter brand, they have one for any mood you are in.

I like this scent, it smells exactly like what it claims to - a homemade white cake. But it is very, very light. It lasts maybe 2 hours before you need to reapply it. It is yummy while it lasts, and I like Demeter's no-frills packaging but in my opinion needs to be layered with a lotion of the same scent or needs to be made a lot stronger.

I love this fragrance for summer. It smells just like a 50/50 bar and reminds me of playing outside as a child. I also think it's light enough for my daughter to wear on occasion when she wants to put perfume on like mom. Very sweet and innocent. My only complaint is that is doesn't seem to last very long.

Dirt doesn't really smell all that dirty to me...it's kind of a "clean" dirt smell, if that makes any sense. Like fresh potting soil. I also smell this scent in the air during and after summer rainstorms. It's a very refreshing summer scent, and a lot easier to wear than the name Dirt implies. I'd give this a 5, but as with all Demeter scents, you spray it on and then, whoosh, 10 minutes later it disappears. Luckily, it's inexpensive, so you can spritz and re-spritz at will.

Demeter's Dirt has a high, sweet smell to it. It reminds me of the scent of dry dirt on a hot day, not rich garden dirt. The lasting power is not so great, but that's okay if what you're looking for is a subtle fragrance. I find that I never wear it in the winter, it's much more of a summer scent. Dirt, to me, also has a bit of the acrid whiff that comes off a kid's skin when s/he's been out in the sun -- a Vitamin D kind of smell. Doesn't sound good, but it smells great.
