Creme Brulee by Demeter reminds me of the smell of sugar that has been burnt and carmelized. In case you have not had the pleasure, I can tell you that this is NOT an attractive smell. It has a sort of carbon burning odor that really lingers, but mixed with a hint of vanilla in the mix.

Creme brulee smells ok. It's a little more burnt sugar than caramel though, and I would have liked it to be more of a buttery caramel. It doesn't last very long, probably about half an hour. It's definitely a comfort scent and nice to wear on cold days.
