"Cool Water is the fragrance equivalent of that holy grail pair of shoes that is pretty, very comfortable and goes with just about everything. (You had one of those once, right? And you wore them till they fell apart!) Its citrusy lightness will pass at work, but it's distinctive and floral enough to be romantic on a date.
