Romance novelist Danielle Steel entered the world of fragrance by launching her first perfume, Danielle by Danielle Steel, in 2006. It is of floral-oriental composition, and brings wafts of green accords and mandarin in the top notes. Middle notes reveal the gorgeous trio of jasmine, rose, and orchid, while the base notes bring in blue vetiver, white amber, and sensual cashmere musk. The scent is aimed to adorn a romantic, feminine — but at the same time strong and intriguing — woman. It is captured in a gracious and elegant heavy-glass bottle, inspired by the novelist’s fondness of fine crystal.

I remember the first time I bought this fragrance. I was in Marshall Field's (now Macy's) and the lady behind the counter was spraying it on sample cards and I caught a whif of it and it just blew me away!! I have been wearing it ever since and especially now that I've found this website where it is much cheaper than buying it at the store! I LOVE DANIELLE STEELE FOR MAKING THIS WONDERFUL PERFUME. Please keep it going because alot of perfumes I've grown to love they discontinue them after so many years.

I had a small sample of Danielle and liked it so decided to purchase it. I also bought some for my Daughter-In-Law She loves it. I have only worn it once so far. It reminds you of her romantic books. Sweet but not too sweet with a little earthy scent and a little mystery. I do have one favorite but I like experementing with different ones. This one I believe I shall enjoy wearing. Lilliana
