This was my first perfume. My signature scent as a teenager. I loved it and was constantly complimented on it. It was a scent that everyone identified with me. Then it disappeared. Even Loves baby soft would only come around at Christmas time. Only very rarely would I find the rain scent. I got a bottle of it last year for Christmas (my family is always on the lookout for it-for me). All these years later I put it on and felt the same old magic. I wore it to work and got compliments on it all day (What shampoo are you using?, Were you working in the garden all morning? What soap did you use?) from teenagers, elderlies, men and women alike. No one knew it was perfume. Probably because it is just too natural, outdoorsy, fresh and clean. These days, that seems to be the type of scent everyone wants, whereas back then everyone preferred the baby soft (which is a lovely scent also). I have searched through many, many expensive, modern fragrances to find something comparable. What could compare with that first whiff you get when you walk out the door in the morning after a storm? Nothing. Try this stuff, it's not that expensive and it really does smell like our beautiful planet after God has just washed it. Seriously.
