Return Policy Back

We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfumes and fragrances online. If you are not delighted with your purchase or gift, you may return the item in its original condition to Perfume.com. We will gladly accept returns for any Perfume.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

Due to Health reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for skin care or hair care products. Please make your selections with care.

Please note that we try to be as accurate as possible with photos but do not always have a pictures of individual sizes, body lotions, shower gels, gift sets, etc. We may not always have accurate photo representation of products, and may have shown a generic picture to indicate a line of products. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.
