If you have ordered with us before the system will recognize your information and you will not receive a coupon code since you will not be considered a first time purchaser. Also please note that signing up for Perfume.com E-mail Extras Newsletters does not automatically register you for an account. Accounts are optional and can only be created by specifically registering for one.

If you do not receive the email and you are in fact a first time purchaser you may want to check your trash or junk/spam folder. Depending on your email filter setting, some e-mails may be filtered accidental into your trash or junk/spam folder.

Using Your Coupon In Checkout is Easy!

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart
  2. Enter the coupon code in the “Promotion code” field.
  3. Click “ADD”.
  4. Your discount will now be displayed!

If your Coupon Code is rejected, there may be several reasons:

  • You have entered the coupon or promo code incorrectly. Please re-check the code and re-enter it.
  • You are trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the promo or offer. Please re-check the code and make sure it applies to the products in your shopping cart.
  • Your coupon has expired.
  • Your coupon requires a minimum purchase which has not been met.
  • Your product is not available for discounts as designated by coupon details.

If our site does not accept your promo code or coupon, and you believe you have a valid coupon, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-645-9251. They can help you to resolve the coupon redemption problem.

Perfume.com Email Extras and some of our partners distribute coupons or promo codes to our customers periodically. These offers may be subject to the following conditions:

*Promotional coupons and discounts, where applicable, will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order’s Free Shipping eligibility.

  • Valid between start and end dates.
  • Limit one coupon per customer, per order.

Can I use a coupon if I place an order by phone?

Some Perfume.com coupons are valid for both online and phone orders; however, some coupons may be restricted to online orders only. During the checkout process, the coupon codes must be entered before the order is submitted in order to receive your discount.
