What Is My Order Status? Back
For your convenience, Perfume.com will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via e-mail, including a shipping update with the tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to e-mailed and updated.
You can track the status of your order online at Perfume.com. Click TRACK YOUR ORDER and enter your e-mail address and order confirmation number then click TRACK. A detailed order information page will be displayed where you can view your order’s current status. If the tracking number is available it will be located under Contents. Click TRACK beside this number to view detailed tracking information on the carrier’s website. You can review the tracking progress/history.
