Can I Change/Modify Or Cancel My Order? Back
Perfume.com makes every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, or change information within your existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-645-9251. There is no guarantee that we will be able to change/modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order status shows “Packing: Your order is being prepared at our warehouse,” we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
