The historical and always prolific house of Creed was inspired by a journey which sixth-generation perfumer Olivier Creed took with his son Erwin to the Ginger Island (part of the Virgin Islands, in Lesser Antilles, which form a natural border between the Caribbean and the Atlantic Ocean). Capped with a bright blue cap reminiscent of azure tropical waters, Virgin Island Water, the resulting fragrance, perfectly captures the tropical splendor of scents carried in the trade winds of Sir Francis Drake Channel near Ginger Island in the Caribbean, its lime and coconut cocktail drenched in rum liquor and its discreet “suntan lotion” accord a call to serenity and relaxation in a tropical paradise that beckons you closer, even when still stranded in the city.
