I appreciate the professionalism
I have been using this particular cologne for a while, but would end up at the department store to buy it, time consuming. Last time at the store the counter consultant told me there was a shortage of this cologne so I would have to wait to receive it. I went to your site and ordered and received that specific cologne within one week...customer service, what a I novel concept.
