I can see why teenagers from the '80s can hate this stuff--it's strong. Initially, it hits with what's listed here as the "base note", all the spices which with time and perhaps some lotion mellows out quite nicely and lasts, too. Overall, it's a sweet and warm scent with those rich rather "adult" spices, hinting at fruitiness (the peach and green notes?) that you either like or dislike regardless your age or maturity it's up to you to decide.

A few people wrote that this perfume was good enough for a teenage girl and not sophisticated for a woman. I would like to say that I disagree. True enough, the fragrance is very light and would be appropriate for a young woman, however, I have had quite a few women and men come up to me and tell me that I smell fresh and clean. I think that this perfume is perfect for everyday and especially at work. I find that I am not overpowering people with my fragrance and I have two people at work who are pregnant and they find it pleasant and not too much.

Hmm, this is okay to wear if you are in junior high. Sorry girls, once you hit 9th grade, you've gotta toss it out and move up to something better. It is nicely priced and tempting because its so cheap, but it really is a early teens perfume. Good gift if you need a bday present for a 13 year old.
