  This perfume is unique. It is absolutely classy and dandy, but not easy to wear, if you are a man. It is long-lasting and I would say disarming. It wins on every other perfume, because it will be more appreciated, and it will be so rare, in every situation. Very powerful, huge personality.

  A perfumer clerk said a woman like me (tall, dark haired, confident...her description :) can pull of this scent. She also said it can be overpowering on others. Men have told me it drives them to distraction. What's a better compliment!

• Review of Costume National Scent Intense by A. Woolsey

  Scent Intense is a deeper version of the original Scent by Costume National. Greater emphasis is placed on the amber note in the Intense version, which is stronger, warmer, and a bit woodier. Deceptively simple, the Scent line is based on hibiscus seed, jasmine tea, and amber, with faint light woods and the lightest touch of patchouli in the base as well. Scent Intense trails more than the original Scent, is a bit more masculine, and is better suited to evening wear.
