Coco by Chanel was the first perfume created by the Chanel house after the death of Coco Chanel. Perfume creator Jacques Polge aimed to capture both the legend’s style and image — which resulted in a fragrance that is rich with paradoxes, reflecting an exciting woman who is many things, but never the same. The beautiful fruity bouquet of top notes includes peach and tangerine accompanied by the spicy sharpness of coriander. A heart of rose and jasmine is surrounded by the sweet fragrance of orange, mimosa, and the sweet and spicy nuance of clove. The base notes of vanilla, amber, and sandalwood end the composition.

Coco's fragrance is captivating and dreamy. It has the power to make the wearer feel rich and seductive but in a most subtle way. Difficult to describe, it suggests a fruity, sandlewood and maybe vanilla scent, lightly dappled in a bit of magic!.. It should be worn sparsley, giving just a hint to the passerby. I promise they will glance back in your direction .

I have always loved this perfume. My husband brought me some back when he traveled to Europe. I had 1/2 a bottle left from a 10 year old purchase. I first started wearing Coco about 15 years ago. It has such a deep calming scent. Women and Men alike give compliments whenever I wear it. My sister-inlaw was looking for a perfume to call her own and I sent her a bottle as a gift. She loves it, her husband loves it, and everyone that she comes in contact with compliments her on the wonderful scent. It is a scent that you do not quickly grove tired of and is not overpowering nor sweet.
