"Ol' Blue Eyes" was at times the most popular male singer around, making audiences swoon with his lovesick croons. For how soulful and lovey his songs were though, Sinatra had a bad boy side too-- the member of the original Rat Pack was expelled from high school for rowdy behavior and soon after, was arrested for "carrying on" with a married woman (an illegal offense at the time). Besides leaving his own wife Nancy for vixen Ava Gardner, he was also plagued by rumors of mob involvement and caused international stir when he was (questionably) deemed unfit for war, staying in the States to party instead.
