Both Rohm's start and end seem to be with Law and Order. The German-American actress landed the role of Assistant District Attorney in the long-running series, but left in 2005 and has been virtually unheard of since, outside a small role in Miss Congeniality 2. Rohm is an avid equestrian and it's confirmed that she spends much of her time riding; perhaps she'll get back on the acting horse soon too.
