Elton John gave her away at the wedding but Hugh Grant originally "gave her away" as newsworthy during their high profile relationship in the 1990's, inspiring a number of acting and modeling gigs to roll her way. Hurley never received the best critiques of her acting, but the modeling world has been kind to her. Among other contracts, Elizabeth was the face of Estee Lauder from 1995-2000.
