This is a great everyday fragrance that you can wear to work. It's not super fancy, but it smells nice and it lasts. The fragrance is strong enough to wear well during the winter. I find this fragrance gets better the longer it stays on. I'm a fan of vanilla so this fragrance also wears well over vanilla-scented body lotions. I also enjoy Burberry Summer during warmer months. It's a sweet, light alternative.

This review is for the Brit by Burberry EDP version! Lovely oriental scent. On dry-down I can definitely smell the vanilla, almonds, tonka beans and some woodsy tones. Lasts almost all day....

LOVE IT! I have only really loved a couple of scents in my 54 years and Brit by Burberry is one of them. I smelled it on someone else at church. After several Sundays, I could not stand it any longer, so I ordered. I have had so many compliments and mostly from men. My friend ordered and neither she nor her boyfriend could stand it. Go figure. It has such a sexy fragrance, it always makes me feel good.

I am an extremely picky perfume wearer. I like a fragrance that is light but makes a statement. I take into consideration the effect it will have on other people as well. I do make sure that I please myself first but also try to not choose a fragrance that will overpower others. Brit by Burberry has been my favorite and honestly I have not found another to compete, although I am open to suggestions. I also have to say that I get continuous compliments when wearing Burberry Brit. It is truly my favorite fragrance and I never get tired of it.

At first Brit by Burberry smells more citrusy, not as sweet, then it became overly sweet. it smells like vanilla with almonds. A nice cold weather perfume. Not too special though. It goes on strong at first, but shortly thereafter it becomes this light, classy, grown-up vanilla scent.

Brit perume by burberry for women is an ok perfume. it is not a very good one as it does not bring out a very great fragrance. it stays on only for a few minutes in the body and wears of very soon.It smells somewhat like a mens perfume . it can be worn in the daytime.It has a elegant smell and gives the smell of indian sandalwood.This can be worn in any season and it is priced very high. This cannot be afforded by everybody.The bottle is not very attractive like many other perfumes by burberry.It is a ok perfume which can be worn for a causal wear. This perfume cannot be worn on important occasions.It is not worht the money.

I am not a huge fan of Burberry fragrances but Brit by Burberry smells pretty good to me. I have a hard time describing it but it smells more like florals to me than anything else. I don't find it offensive but I don't necesarily see myself buying it as I received my bottle as a gift. I did get a chance to smell the new Burberry London fragrance and I like that one better. It smells lighter and cleaner to me. I would probably recommend that one over Brit.

Many of my friends own Brit by Burberry and I have had the opportunity to use it on occasion. I find to be the perfect scent for a working environment because it is not a heavy fragrance. Brit is not fruity scent, which gives it an air of maturity. Even though the price is somewhat daunting this perfume is perfect for any elegant occasion.

I recieved a sample of Brit by Burberry at Macys one day and I was very pleased with it. I dont think I would have bought it with out some persuasion because of the cost, so I used the sample sparringly. It is a warm, spicy scent with a heavy woodsy fragrance. You need the right body chemistry to pull this fragrance off. Its not one for summer use, but in fall its perfect to wear to fondue parties and hay rides. Its an out-doorsy appeal!

I really like Brit by Burberry, but it's not one I reach for all that often. It's got a fresh lime topnote that quickly mellows into a lovely, warm, comforting vanilla scent. The EDP is fairly strong, so I tend to like it in Spring and Fall. When Summer comes, I turn to lighter fragrances, and in Winter, I can use my heavier ones that make me feel sexier, "darker" -- like Angel, Lolita Lempicka, etc. Brit is a very classy fragrance, as you might expect, and I can't imagine anyone finding it offensive. Men seem to really like it as well, though it's not a particularly sexy scent to me.

easy to wear around friends, family, a cozy soft vanilla musk that begins with gin, lime, and hidden floral notes. I hear "that smells good! what is it?" far more with Brit by Burberry than other fragrances. I like how it just .. fits in, inoffensive, like a favorite t-shirt and jeans, overall lovely fragrance.

I adored Burberry Brit the first time that I smelled it. It is a delicious, vanilla-based scent, almost bringing to mind creme brulee. Unfortunatly, the scent doesn't last very long on me at all (I'm lucky to still be smelling it by noon on a workday), and I have heard the same criticism from others who have tried it. I would expect a fragrance from a designer like Burberry to have a much greater longevity for the money that one pays for it. Also, I just prefer to apply my scent in the morning (with the occasional evening refresher), and not have to re-apply all day. I don't wear it anymore for these reasons.

Brit by Burberry smells nice on other people. Unfortunately, it does not smell that nice on me, which is really too bad because I love the notes in this fragrance. I wish it smelled more like pears or almonds on me, but it smells more like soapy peonies. I purchased a bottle for my sister though and she loves it.

My boyfriend bought Brit by Burberry for my birthday because he knew how much I wanted it and I am not disappointed. This scent is perfect for any occasion. The smell reminds me of a sunny day at the beach. Burberry Brit is a sophisticated fragrance, very light and crisp. The fragrance is not overwhelming and will not fade out on your skin.

My favorite perfume! i've been wearing Brit by Burberry for the last 5 years and no joke i get compliments from everyone from cab drivers, friends at work, guys at bars and even I myself LOVE the smell when i put on my jacket from the day before and am surprised at how good it smells! It has a fruity and sensual scent. Very feminine! Recommended as an attention getter!

Brit by Burberry is an elegant perfume for women of all ages. Strikingly fresh, yet cozy and seductive, it embraces me when I wear it with a cloud of sugared almonds and lime. The composition is thoroughly charming in its ability to be worn at the office and then out to a club all in the same day. It lasts a fairly good amount of time, developing from the initial citrusy lime opening to a snuggly and sexy almond vanilla veil of beauty in the drydown. I enjoy the Eau de Parfum formula the best, as it lasts longer and has a more prominent almond scent to it, which I love. One of the best from Burberry. Created in 2003 by Burberry, it is classified as a Fruity-Floral.
