Pop-art icon Andy Warhol loved fragrance: "Another way to take up more space is with perfume. I really love wearing perfume!" So much so, in fact, that he asked to be buried with a bottle of Lauder's Beautiful. Now Bond no.9 issues a series of fragrances as homage to this Pop iconoclast who marked not only an era but art itself. Silver Factory, composed by gifted young perfumer Aurelien Guichard, is a soft, smoky, unisex scent, wrapped inside the precious gauze of incense and woody notes while whispers of amber gently fold precious flowers (iris, jasmine and violet). Modern, serene and reflective with a whiff of 1960s nostalgia, Silver Factory was named after his abode, while the bottle recalls Warhol's famous design for the packages of Campbell's Soup Cans.

Notes Top notes: bergamot, mildly bitter grapefruit, lavender. Heart: violet, jasmine, iris. Base: amber, a mix of wood resins, sweet vanilla and cedar wood.
