I wore this fragrance in my younger days, and as others have said, I was always asked about it. Alas, my source also dried up, and I am so happy to see that young women are still wanting to wear this delightful and truly 'happy' perfume. I only wish that sprays were not the only available method of use.

This is classic french elegance. Jolie Madame smells like kid leather gloves or a handbag with violets spelled on it. So lovely, it is perfect for day or night. The description is sharp floral with hints of moss but on me it is very soft and feminine. I love this fragrance.

I just got Jolie Madame Perfume for Women by Pierre Balmain a few days ago and have been enjoying it. I love the way it smells when I first spray it, fresh and energizing and I love the violets. It is much softer and more delicate than I expected, so feminine. After a few minutes I can smell the leather mixed with flowers, gardenia and mimose. When it has settled,it smells like the french milled soap I bought for my guest bath. powdery and soapy at the same time. Very classy and unusual, and so affordable. I am so glad I bought it.

This remains one of my few "Favourites." It is delicate, memorable, powdery & deliciously dangerous. I feel demurly sexy & yet aggressive when I wear this...my fragrance always reflects my mood. As my boyfriend says: we're in for a crazy/great night! This is able to be worn day & night, summer, winter or fall. I literally have people stop me to ask what I am wearing...I don't tell. I say it was a gift & I didn't recall it's name. LOL This is a beautiful Parfume.........The price is fantastique!!!!! Suzanne Madrid
