I quite simply love this fragrance! Lush without being too heavy, it is just as feminine and beautiful as one could ever want. It has good staying power and yet not too much sillage, you won't knock others over with it, but they'll definitely wonder who smells so lovely. Please don't ever discontinue it, Goutal!

I have been wearing this for 10 years there isn't a day that goes by that people comment on the wonderful scent, it is not like other flower perfumes gardenia passion feels like you are actually wearing the flower. I hope this is never discontinued ! Nothing else in the market comes close.

It is by far the most refined and sensous scent. Ever sinceI started using Annick Goutal fragrances people move towards me when they are inroduced...Hmm. It is understated and alluring at the same time. It is always a conversation starter. What is it? Where can I get it? It is so lovely. Warm romantic tropical nights come to mind. Even if you are in Paris, New York or running an errand in your jeans, you are sorrounded by wafting lovely gardenia. The world would be a better place if everyone used non chemical fragrances. That was the idea when Annick Goutal started her company. It is natural, fresh, and just fabulous with out shouting but whispering delight. Try it for yourself or loved ones.

I have been using gardenia passion for over 10 years, there is nothing else on the market like this scent. I don't think a day goes by that someone doesn't ask what I am wearing. It is light yet the scent stays with you all day. I wish they would carry the body creme combined with the EDP you feel like your in a tropical island.

I LOVE this perfume! It has a light, fresh gardenia scent, not at all fake smelling the way a lot of boutique fragrances can be. I also like that it doesn't have the harsh bottom note I've noticed in Chanel Gardenia. The Annick Goutal fragrance admittedly is more expensive but it's got better lasting power and, I think, more complexity than the Chanel. At first it comes across as a single note gardenia, but the drydown reveals other notes. I'm not a fragrance expert, I have no idea what notes they are, only that they mesh well with the white floral without overpowering it.
